Ard-Tech, (Appropriate Relief and Development Technology),
has been set up to design, develop and market specific products and services for emergency response and development projects.
As a result of extensive consultation with organisations and specialists in the humanitarian sector and supply companies ARD-Tech have tried to identify not only the types of products required but also the specific design of those products to enable the most effective use in the field.
Among our products is the ARD-Tech Emergency Rapid Latrine, which can be constructed quickly without the need for screws, nails or tools and incorperates a unique shutter system to stabalise the pit and provide a solid base for the latrine. This unit can also be easily dismantled, cleaned and reused in another location without damaging the structure.
Other products either being offered or in the process of development include Hand Wash Stations, Squat Plates, temporary canvas/pvc latrines, sanitation equipment, spraying equipment, service tanks, water tanks, toilet blocks, shower units, latrine digging kits, sterilisation kits etc.
For a detailed description of all products available or in the process of being developed please go to the product page.
